Ideal Dimension Construction Co. Ltd.
As a third-generation developer , company founder never had any doubt about his path in life.
So when he moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , the first order of business was to build his villa and resort. The next year he built another 2 apartments an and sold two homes.

Eng. Mohammad Jumaa & Issam Assaf made it possible to get iDD Construction Co. off the ground, working a full-time job during those early years to ensure every SAR could be reinvested into the business. After joining the company officially a few years later, Issam Assaf ’s integral role included leading the strategy, sales & marketing, accounting team, managing human resources and payroll, and coordinating with project managers and clients.

After thirty years of building in the area, Our Chairman Mr. Ali AL-Shayaa has learned a thing or two. And if you know him, you know he’s passionate about continual improvement, doing the right thing, and having a small team of the right people in the right roles. He also cares a lot.
